Grips for carbon hail rods are irreplaceable accessories for technicians performing body repairs, especially after hail damage.
The horizontal sling is mainly used for repairs made from the rear of the vehicle or when repairing the engine cover (repair only on a stand or table).
It consists of side walls (question mark shape) laser cut from 5mm thick steel and powder coated black.
Crossbars are elements made of 18mm thick steel or aluminum bar. An additional rubber cover eliminates the possibility of scratching the bodywork during installation.
The whole thing is a rigid and stable structure.
The lower crossbar has a four-step height adjustment, thanks to which the operator can carry out repairs at the appropriate level.
Quick change of the position of the crossbar is possible thanks to knobs replacing screws.
This element completely eliminates the need for a wrench to unscrew the screws
ATTENTION
It’s also possible to purchase a support with an additional QUICK LOCK SYSTEM.
These are specially designed “teeth”- shaped holes for quick change of the position of the lower crossbar. Just gently loosen the knobs and then raise or lower the lower beam and then lock it again.
